Sonar Engagement Ltd. is a UK community engagement and social value consultancy. We are the creators of CWaNA™ (Community Wants and Needs Assessment), a trademarked, evidence-based local needs analysis methodology for genuine community engagement and social value delivery. Founded by Paul Valentine, a former senior police officer with 30+ years of community intelligence experience.
