Paul is the Managing Director of Sonar Engagement.
Paul became an independent stakeholder management and customer engagement specialist in January 2017.
This followed on from a successful 28-year Police career, in which he excelled in partnership working, stakeholder management and problem solving skills.
Paul has since taken the lead in independent stakeholder management, customer engagement and Social Value lead for companies working on behalf of National Highways, Rail or Local Authorities. He provides consultancy and bid writing services with Social Value being an area of expertise.
Paul was inspired to create the Social Value CWaNA ™ reports ‘Community Wants and Needs Assessments’. His aim was simple: to deliver more transparent Social Value, aligned to community priorities, so that they would leave lasting legacies.
