Daryl joins Sonar following a 20-year policing career, where he specialised in partnership working, governance and social impact. As a senior leader, he created and directed the Community Initiative to Reduce Violence (CIRV) – a nationally recognised multi-agency programme that united public, private and voluntary partners to reduce youth violence and create new opportunities for young people.
With a strong background in leadership, risk management and community engagement, Daryl brings extensive experience in delivering outcomes that align strategic objectives with genuine social value. He is passionate about helping organisations build trust, strengthen partnerships and leave lasting legacies that reflect the priorities of the communities they serve.
