Kay is a motivated conscientious team member, with experience in construction and demand-led people services. Her passion lies in adding value to programmes through effective stakeholder management, community engagement, and the implementation of corporate social responsibility plans.
Kay had a full and extensive police career where she developed her training and assessment skills and has since worked in the Health, Further Education and Charity Sector. She has worked in Sri Lanka and Indonesia on disaster recovery house building and community projects and has delivered training in the Middle East.
